Welcome to the official website of Nadia Khan. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking a service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.

  1. Overview

Nadia Khan is a South African-based brand offering handmade ceramic goods, pottery classes, and wellness services including Family Constellations. The website allows you to view and purchase products, make bookings or contact via email, and access information about upcoming offerings.

  1. Payment Terms
  • All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR).
  • Payment is required in full at checkout to confirm orders or service bookings.
  • We accept payments securely via PayFast, a registered South African payment gateway.
  • No order or booking will be confirmed until payment is received and cleared.
  1. Shipping Policy
  • Pottery orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • A standard shipping fee of R120 will be added to your order. Orders over R1000 receive free shipping.
  • Should a product be sold out, customers are able to place an order. Please allow up to 21 business days for production and dispatch.
  • For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 21 business days for production and dispatch.
  • We currently ship within South Africa only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
  1. Returns & Exchanges (Ceramics Products Only)
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Each piece is individually handmade and therefore unique; slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are natural and part of the piece’s character.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at nadia@nadia-khan.co.za. 
  • Kindly include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability. 
  1. Product Disclaimer
  • All pottery pieces are handmade; slight variations in size, form, texture, and glaze are natural and celebrated as part of the process.
  • By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these unique characteristics.
  1. Product Care
  • Our ceramic pieces are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe.
  • However, to prolong their life and preserve detail, handwashing is recommended.
  1. Services: Family Constellations & Wellness Sessions
  • By booking a Family Constellations session or any other wellness service, you acknowledge that these offerings are therapeutic in nature but not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds (Services)
  • For one-on-one sessions: Cancellations with 72 hours notice are eligible to be rescheduled.
  • Group sessions or events may have their own cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated upon booking.
  • No option to reschedule, or refund, will be given for late arrivals, missed sessions, or failure to attend.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on this website—including text, images, products, and designs—is the intellectual property of Nadia Khan and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products or participation in our services.
  • All purchases and bookings are made at your own discretion and risk.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during purchases or bookings will be used solely to fulfil your order or appointment and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
